OMG, girl, you really handled this situation well! Love the "fisherman" analogy. I believe some men just always want what they can't have. I had a similar situation on "My Space"! It's sad this type of mess can show up on Face Book and My Space because I really enjoy keeping in touch with family and friends through the site. But, I'm glad you learned from the situation and became stronger and wiser. You go girl!

I've had chicks call me - they are stupid as heyl for doing it.  I used to talk to a guy for 4 years - he would slip about every 6mos and ole girl would call me..... after the 2nd call, I started answering like we were friends.....

her: are you the person that keeps talking to XXXX?

me: yes...(then recognize the voice and number) hey girl!!! how you been?

her: didn't I tell you to stop talking to my man?

me: girl yes - but did you tell him that shyt too? Between you and me, I think he's a lil slow cause he keeps calling me!

her: Who are you?

me: Why don't you ask him who I am? Seems like you talk to him way more than me.

her: I'm only going to tell you one more time - stop talking to my man!

me: only one more time?  So this means you only gonna call me one more time?  You promise?

her: Just do what I said and stop calling him!

me: Sounds like you need to talk to HIM. and when you do - tell him I get off early today, okay? so he can call me earlier........

 

 

!!!!!  OMG!! I saw that post of FB too!!!  Girl I laughed!!! Okay?! Bottom line...I had his boney azz.  I had him in erryway... up, down, in, out, over, under, covered in dessert toppings...had 'em...and after all the sweatin' and screaming was over...I let it go. He's toxic and he hurt me..and I let it go. Why in Gods green earth would I pick that mess up again?  Married or not, I. don't. want. him!!  Had 'em, just like flu and I dont' want that again either!  Go handle your nasty husband and his drama and leave me out.  Hey..I learned...once bitten by the snake....hope she learns too.
